Loading guitar
The F#m chord is the notes F#, A and C#. The usual shape is a barre at the 2nd fret: 2 4 4 2 2 2, from the low E string to the high E. The guitar above is set up with F#m on the A key: tap it or press A to hear it, then strum the strings.

The top four strings, no full barre
Strum only the four thinnest strings: x x 4 2 2 2. It's a good way in before the full shape. Switch the guitar's chord level from Standard to Easy to hear it.
The same chord, higher and brighter
Play it as x 9 11 11 10 9, a barre at the 9th fret. Switch the guitar's chord level from Standard to Up to hear it.
