Loading guitar
The C#m chord is the notes C#, E and G#. The usual shape is a barre at the 4th fret: x 4 6 6 5 4, from the low E string to the high E. The guitar above is set up with C#m on the A key: tap it or press A to hear it, then strum the strings.

The top four strings, no full barre
Strum only the four thinnest strings: x x 6 6 5 4. It's a good way in before the full shape. Switch the guitar's chord level from Standard to Easy to hear it.
The same chord, higher and brighter
Play it as 9 11 11 9 9 9, a barre at the 9th fret. Switch the guitar's chord level from Standard to Up to hear it.
